Parking

Park for free in the Town of Essex. Watch for ‘P’ signs pointing to free parking. 

• On-street parking is plentiful on our main streets and nearby side streets. 
• Accessible parking spaces are available in key locations for anyone with a valid accessible parking permit. 
• Parking in residential areas may be limited to one side of the street. Watch for signs that prohibit parking on one side of the street during specific months.

Overnight Parking at Municipal Facilities

The Corporation of the Town of Essex offers overnight parking in the parking lot of the Essex Centre Sports Complex located at 60 Fairview Avenue W. Essex, Ontario, the Harrow and Colchester South Community Centre, located at 243 McAffee Street in Harrow, Ontario and at the Colchester Harbour located at 100 Jackson Avenue, Harrow, Ontario.
