Special Events

Upon request, the Fire Department can attend your event with a fire prevention booth, put on a fire safety educational session or assist in fire drills. To find out more, contact the Fire Prevention Division at 519-776-7336 ext. 1202.

Special events policy

If you are a promoter, vendor, organization or host of an event being held in or on facilities owned by the Town of Essex, contact the Director, Community Services at 519-776-7336 ext. 1109 to review the Special Events Requirements, or fill out the Special Events Application online. This will help to ensure that your event is a fire safe event.
