Notice of Application for Approval to Expropriate Land: Lot 17 Concession 13

IN THE MATTER OF the proposed expropriation of land by The Corporation of the Town of Essex being part of those lands described as an easement over part of Lot 17 Concession 13 designated as Parts 1 and 2 on 12R-30434; in the Town of Essex, County of Essex, Ontario, being PIN 775227-0295 and 75227-0294 for the purposes of installing, maintaining, repairing and/or replacing sewers and force main utilities.
APPLICATION IS HEREBY MADE for approval to expropriate the land described as follows:
Being an easement over part of Lot 17 Concession 13 designated as Parts 1 and 2 on 12R-30434
Now designated as Parts 1 and 2 on plan 12R-30434
In the Town of Essex
County of Essex and Province of Ontario
Being part of PIN 75227-0295
Being part of PIN 75227-0294
Any owner of lands in respect of which notice is given who desires an inquiry into whether the taking of such land is fair, sound and reasonably necessary in the achievement of the objectives of the expropriating authority shall so notify the approving authority in writing,
- (a) in the case of a registered owner, served personally or by registered mail within thirty days after the registered owner is served with the notice, or, when the registered owner is served by publication, within thirty days after the first publication of the notice;
- in the case of an owner who is not a registered owner, within thirty days after the first publication of the notice.
