Pathway to Potential (P2P) is a poverty-reduction strategy for the Windsor-Essex region. The strategy is jointly funded by the City of Windsor and County of Essex. P2P envisions that “Windsor-Essex County is a thriving community, where residents have access to resources and opportunities to reach their full potential. 

Everyone in Essex should have the opportunity to play. The Town of Essex is committed to making this a reality by providing financial assistance programs for all household members.
