Vote for the New Essex Centre Park and Harrow Playground Surface Replacement
The Town is seeking public input on the Harrow Playground Rubber Surface Replacement Project at 243 McAffee Street.
Five proposed rubber surface designs are now available for review, and residents are invited to vote for the design they would like to see installed at the playground.
Your feedback will help select the final design for this community project. Be sure to review all five options and cast your vote!
Online Submissions will be accepted until Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at 4:30 PM.
