Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Essex intends to pass a By-Law at its regular meeting of April 7, 2026, at 6:00 PM, at Council Chambers, 33 Talbot Street South, Essex, Ontario to name a new street “ROSS CRESCENT” on the Draft Plan of Subdivision for PART OF LOT 91, CONCESSION 1, FORMERLY IN THE GEOGRAPHIC TOWNSHIP OF COLCHESTER SOUTH, NOW IN THE TOWN OF ESSEX, COUNTY OF ESSEX, ONTARIO.
Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Essex intends to pass a By-Law at its regular meeting of April 7, 2026, at 6:00 PM, at Council Chambers, 33 Talbot Street South, Essex, Ontario to name the extension of the streets “SUNSET DRIVE” and “DUBAS AVENUE” on the Draft Plan of Subdivision for PART OF LOT 1, REGISTRAR’S COMPILED PLAN 1646 IN THE TOWN OF ESSEX, COUNTY OF ESSEX.
