Carolinia Cider Co. is a multi-generational labour of love. The tasting barn in located onsite at The Fruit Wagon, a working farm and market established decades before its cider counterpart came to be. Carolinia's dry, sparkling ciders are crafted from apples planted, tended and harvested by hand on the family farm. Nestled in the northernmost Carolinian forest on the shores of Lake Erie, the sandy soil and maritime climate help them to produce exceptional ciders crafted from both traditional cider varieties and fresh market apples.
