The Town of Essex is seeking community-minded businesses and organizations to become naming rights partners for the new Harrow Tennis & Pickleball Courts, anticipated to commence construction at the Harrow Soccer Complex in 2026.
This exciting new recreation facility will feature four outdoor pickleball courts and two outdoor tennis courts, creating a modern space for residents and visitors to stay active, connect with others, and enjoy two of Canada's fastest-growing sports.
About the Project:
The new facility has been designed to provide a welcoming, accessible, and high-quality recreational experience for residents of all ages and abilities.
Once complete, the facility will become another key recreation destination within the Town's growing parks and recreation system.

- Four dedicated outdoor pickleball courts
- Two regulation outdoor tennis courts
- Court fencing and player amenities
- Accessible pathways

- Energy-efficient court lighting

Naming Opportunities
The Town is currently offering:
- Facility Naming Rights (Title Sponsor) – Exclusive naming rights for the entire complex.
- Individual Court Sponsorships – Naming opportunities for each of the four pickleball courts and two tennis courts.
Recognition opportunities would include prominent signage at the facility, acknowledgement on the Town's website and promotional materials, participation in the grand opening, and other benefits outlined in a Naming Rights Agreement.

Sponsorship Details
