About St Clement Church

This institutional building has historical and contextual value as the spiritual pillar of the community of McGregor. 

Established in 1880, St. Clement was developed for the local French Canadian Catholic families whose descendants remain in this same area today.  The church was named after St. Clement the fourth Pope.  It's church bell is named Ave Maria and was installed in 1883.  Over the years there have been many renovations and improvements to enhance and preserve this beautiful and historic church.
