Notice of Intention to Pass a Local Improvements Charges By-Law

Concerning a Sanitary Sewer Extension on Erie Blue Drive from Erie Shores Drive to Goodchild Beach

The Corporation of the Town of Essex intends to pass a local improvement charges by-law to construct a municipal sanitary sewer as a local improvement on lands within the municipality located on Erie Blue Drive from Erie Shores Drive to Goodchild Beach, in the Town of Essex. The 18 properties are currently not serviced by the municipal sanitary system. A key plan of the requested sewer extension is shown above.

The by-law will be considered by Town of Essex Council and provisionally read at its meeting on:
October 18, 2021 6:00pm – 9:00pm

The by-law is expected to be presented for a 3rd reading and final passage at the November 1st, 2021 regularly scheduled Council Meeting.
