Please be advised, the Town of Essex will be carrying out culvert replacement works on the culvert over the West Branch Drain of Cedar Creek. The construction will consist of removal the existing steel beam guide rail, road pavements, and the corrugated steel culvert pipe. The infrastructure improvements will include new pre-cast concrete culvert, complete with a new barrier system to improve public safety.
