Preparing & issuing billings for property taxation and non-tax revenues

Preparing annual operating and capital budgets & 5-year forecasts
Maintaining the debt records of the municipality

Advising Council on all matters of a financial nature

Preparing monthly and annual financial reports

Maintaining the computerized systems of the municipality

Collecting and remitting property taxes collected on behalf of the County of Essex and School Boards

Preparing grant applications

Maintaining debenture records

Managing municipally owned cemeteries
